SO it is getting closer where government stays in its place and lets humanity pull and get over it all. Very good poem and very straight to the point.
The Lead Horseman | Written Words Never Die
Where do we go from here is the question. Not to mention the lack of job opportunities. But, truth be told, no lending institution will lend money go me because, I have been unemployed full time going on 3. Society ills such as gun violence, corrupt politics, and negative media news,…no wonder we see more negative stimuli than ever. What will it take to make a change? Spiritually, the black community is wired—however I desire a deeper conversation other than go to God for answers. I realize every community has their issues. God Bless…Plz.
I have some thoughts on this. Thanks for writing. Like Sonya said, change must start within the community. I think the problem has nothing to do with race; the problem is the lack of jobs and not understanding why, so people try to give reason for it. Right now we live in a culture where the masses want the jobs and the offerers have few to give, so they have their pick among thousands.
If it is about race then fuck that place who would want to work there anyway? I mean I get the need for money but seriously is grow up to those who really give a shit. This site uses Akismet to reduce spam. Learn how your comment data is processed. Email Address. Follow Knowledge, Follow Revilo.
No one Ever looked Cooler than James Dean did with a cigarette in his mouth! I used to smoke too.

Been free of it now, for almost 8. This was a great poem, Paul. Thank you for sharing. Me, I was in love with the Marlboro Man…. Maybe the mustache and hat. A poignant affirmation — well done. I quit once for 5 years — cannot explain why I went back Like Like. Oh, I almost forgot, loved the poem. I thank you for that Like Like.
